How do I record a phone call?

1. On the Service side, open Requests and press Add a request. On a phone it is the bottom bar's create slot.
2. Pick the customer, or A new customer and type their name, phone and email. Pick their site, or A new site and type its address.
3. Say what they need, the trade and how urgent, and any access note such as a gate code. Press Add it.
4. The request lands in New. A new customer and site are made in the same press.
