How YourCA works, step by step.

How do I see every job's dates in one place?

  1. Open the Calendar tab and press All projects on the switch at the top. On a phone, press Where you are on the bottom bar. The switch is in that panel.
  2. Each square of the month starts with the job's number, so you can tell two claim days on the same day apart. Hover or tap a square for the full job name.
  3. Under List, every date on the month is one table in date order, never split by job. Each row names its job, and its arrow opens that job where you answer it.
  4. Each date is still worked out from its own job: its own contract, its own claim day and its own time bars. Seeing them together changes nothing about any of them.
  5. Tickets and company certificates show once, marked Your business. The practice job is left out.
  6. Statutory facts and the notes on how a date was worked out are per job. Switch back to one job to answer or read them.
  7. The address holds what you are reading, so a link you copy opens the same month for the person you send it to. Press the job name on the switch to go back to one job.
  8. Your calendar link already carries every job you are on, whichever view you are on when you make it.
Worth knowing

Every job is read separately, so a job whose dates could not be read is named under the month. The month is then not complete for that job, which is different from nothing being due on it.
