The greeting follows your own clock: early, morning, afternoon, evening or late. On a Monday, a Friday or a weekend it can use a line for that day. Its words change each time you open the app, not each time you change job.
Your first name comes from the name on your account. The photo is the one you added under Settings, Profile. If there is no photo, it shows your initials. If there is no name, the line has no name in it. There is no setting for the greeting itself.
The greeting appears when YourCA knows who is signed in. If the first reads after you sign in fail, YourCA tries twice more by itself before it stops. The reads behind Set your company up work the same way.
If a row on Set your company up says We could not check this one, that read did not come back. It does not mean the item is missing. Nothing about your business is lost. Reload the page to ask again.
A row that belongs to somebody else in the business says Set by an office administrator.
