How do I show the customer we met the agreement?

Open the customer in the Directory. Beside In force, press Download and pick PDF or Word.
It lists each term with its clause and words, every call with when it was answered and attended against its time, the tests done, any test past due and the assets that failed.
The Calendar shows the day the agreement ends and the last day to give notice, worked back from the notice it asks for. Pressing either opens the customer.
When an agreement sets test cycles and the customer has no plan, Maintenance, Plans shows it with Add the plan. Nothing is saved until you save the plan.

Worth knowing

The record is on your letterhead and says what your records hold. It never sends itself, and it claims no standard. The notice day shows only when the agreement gives its notice in days, weeks or months.
