How do I see if the customer opened the quote?

1. Open Quote and press the quote.
2. The steps under its name show the day it was made, sent, first seen by the customer and answered, and Booked once its job is made.
3. History, at the foot of the quote, lists each revision issued, each email sent with its address, when the customer first opened the link, and their answer.
