How do I quote a call out?

1. Open the request and press Quote first. The quote opens with the customer and site filled, and the request moves to Quoted. Or, on the Quote tab, press Add a quote and pick the customer and site.
2. The quote starts with one option. Press Add from price book to take an item or a kit, or Add a line to type one.
3. Press Add an option for a second or third choice, such as repair or replace. Each option totals on its own.
4. A person sees prices including GST. A business, strata or builder sees them excluding GST, with the GST added under the total.
