How do I see the response time on a request?
- Requests shows the time left under How urgent: to reply first, then to attend. The ring on the state chip empties as it runs, turns amber in the last quarter and red once late.
- Open the request to see the priority with the clause it comes from, and both times with when each falls due.
- Replied by phone or from your own mail? Press Log a reply. A quote emailed or a visit booked from the request stops the time to reply by itself.
- If the customer asks you to come later, press They asked for later, pick the time and say why. The time to attend counts from there.
- Reports, On time, shows each customer by month: replies and attendances on time, and those late.
Worth knowing
Only the hours the agreement counts are counted: around the clock, or its business hours on weekdays that are not public holidays. Changing the request's urgency starts both times again. A missed time is never refused or blocked, and YourCA never tells the customer.
