Time saved / Run a toolbox talk
Toolbox talk for subcontractors, signed by each worker on their own phone
Write down the talk you gave the crew, put it on every phone on the job, and keep the attendance sheet with every signature.
An audit or an incident asks who was at the talk and that they understood it. A paper sheet in the ute is not there when it is asked for.

Estimate for a 6-month electrical job with 10 people on it, each toolbox talk, for a crew of ten. Set your own job.
The risk it heads off
- Nobody can show who was at the talk, so the briefing counts for nothing when it is asked for. Each person signs on their own phone, and the attendance sheet carries every signature and the time.
- Somebody misses the talk and starts work without it.Shows who has not signed on the Dash and in This week.

How to do it in YourCA
Questions subbies ask
- Who is asked to sign?
- Everybody on Your team for the job in the Project directory. Somebody added later is asked with one more press.
- Can a talk be changed after the crew is asked?
- No. It is kept as it was asked. If it was written in error, mark it so with the reason, and the signatures stay.
