Use it for a certificate your business gives that is not on the certifier’s list or in the Library, such as a waterproofing, pressure test or commissioning certificate.
On Handover, open Certificates. Press Add at the top right, then Your own certificate, the last item.
Give it a name and say what it certifies. Write the standards it is done to, one per line, exactly as you want them printed. Leave them blank if it names none. YourCA adds no standard of its own.
Add the short details it needs as a label and a value, such as Membrane and the product you used, up to twelve. Leave a value blank to write it on by hand.
Who signs it is optional. Leave it blank and the signatory in your business profile signs.
Press Add to this job. YourCA saves it to your company library and puts it on this job in one press. On every other job it waits in the Library: press the plus on its row.
Open it on the job like any other certificate. It fills in the job, your business and the part of the building, and prints on your letterhead with a line saying it is your business’s own certificate, not a prescribed form. You sign it on the certificate itself.
To change it, open it and press the pencil beside Your own certificate. A change shows on every job that has it. A certificate you already signed keeps the copy you signed.
To take it out of the library, open the pencil and press Remove from the library. A job that already carries it keeps it.
