Does YourCA read my email?

1. YourCA has no sign-in to Gmail or Outlook anywhere, no permission to grant and no token held against any mailbox. It polls nothing and watches no thread.
2. Each job has an address that you CC or forward to. Either way, you send us a copy of a message you were already writing or reading, the same as when you CC your accountant. It is finished when it arrives.
3. Nothing goes the other way either. YourCA never replies to one of these emails, never forwards it and never bounces it. So nothing from us ever appears in a thread the builder is on.
4. Do not set up a rule in your mail app that sends a whole folder to the address. That turns the messages you chose into a constant feed of everything, which this is deliberately not.
5. That is why there is no mailbox to link, and no supplier chase that sends itself. YourCA writes a chase for you and shows it as a draft. Open it in your own mail, where your own signature is, and send it from there.
6. The one connection a customer ever makes is to their own accounting software, Xero or MYOB, under Company admin, Plan, then Connections. It is for putting a claim into your own books as an invoice. Even that connection is not open yet.
