Open Reports. The Financial dash is the first pill, and the tab opens on it.
The figures across the top: Contract value, Claimed, Paid, Owed to you, Retained, Variations with the builder, and You owe, the supplier invoices still owed on the jobs shown.
Under them are cards: Claimed and paid, Budget against cost, Margin, Variations, Quotes out, and the financial cards of the Dash. Quotes out shows what is with builders now, what was won and lost in the dates, and the win rate.
The dates rule every card. Press the Filter funnel beside Customise and pick under Dates: the same presets as every report, or Pick dates. On a phone the funnel is on the title line.
Press Customise to move or hide a card, then Done. The board is kept for you, apart from your Dash.
Under the cards, Every job lists each job with its own figures, and a You owe column.
