Is my data safe?

1. Your account is your business. No other business on YourCA can see your jobs, your claims or your figures. There is no shared view where a builder sees what a subbie recorded.
2. Inside your own business, you decide who sees what. Set roles in Company admin. You can close the financial screens to the people on the tools, and they keep everything they need on site.
3. Your files, your database and your search index are in Sydney. YourCA also extracts document text and builds the search index there. If it cannot, the product stops; it does not run those in another region.
4. Two things leave, and we name both. The first is AI text processing: chat, extraction and contract review go to Anthropic in the United States. No setting keeps that in Australia. If a document must not leave the country, do not put it through an AI feature.
5. The second is an email you CC or forward to a job. The service that receives it for us has no Australian region. So the message and its attachments rest offshore before YourCA pulls them into Sydney. That service gives us no way to delete their copy. If you upload the document instead, it stays in Australia end to end.
6. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your records to train anybody's model. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach YourCA.
7. The privacy policy on the YourCA site gives the full position, with every provider and the region it runs in. We wrote it for you to read, not only to agree to.
