A won quote shows its card on Quote, the first time you open it after the builder accepts. A first job with a builder, your biggest win or a win after a long gap is a card. An everyday win is one green line under the quote.
Recording practical completion on Handover shows the finished job card. It leads with the one thing about this job that stands out most: your first finished job, the crew member with the most days, a line from your own diary, the first and last site photos, or how long it took against your first job.
YourCA picks the rarest true fact, and skips the kinds of fact it used on your last five jobs, so the cards do not repeat. Nothing on it is typed in. Each figure comes from the clock, the diary, the photos, the quotes and the claims.
On a finished job card, press Download for a page on your own letterhead with the headline, the figures, the crew and the photos. It does not name YourCA.
When the last payment on a job arrives after practical completion, the Dash shows one green line that the job is closed out. A round number of finished jobs, such as your 10th, shows the same way.
Dollar figures show only to a role that can see the figures, and never on the Dash.
Each person sees each card once. Press Not now or the X to close it. It does not come back.
A card shows only in the month after the win or the finish. A job finished or a quote won longer ago than that opens no card.
