Why does it say YourCA is not open on this account?
- It means one of two things. The screen names both, because YourCA cannot tell them apart from the outside.
- One: the company never had a plan opened on it. That is true of accounts created before the free rung existed. See the plans and pick one, and everything opens at once.
- Two: somebody who administers the company switched the product off. Ask them to switch it back on. You do not need to buy a plan again.
- Either way, nothing on the account is lost. Jobs, claims, documents and dates are all still there, and come back exactly as they were.
Worth knowing
A cancelled plan does NOT do this. A cancelled account keeps full use of every job it already started, so you would still see your work, not this screen.
