Does quoting a job cost me anything?

1. A job with only a quote, and no accepted quote and no contract, does not count as a running job. It spends nothing.
2. So a subbie who quotes ten jobs to win two never pays for the eight they lost. Nobody would use a Quote tab that cost something to use.
3. On the day the builder accepts a quote, the job becomes real work. Your first job uses the free job that came with your account. After that, the one plan, Complete, covers every job, whatever the quote was worth.
4. If the free job is used and you have no subscription, you can still start a job and quote it. The job opens on its Quote tab, and every other tab on it offers Subscribe.
5. If you accept a quote on that job, YourCA asks for the subscription too. It writes nothing until you have one.
