Where do I see all my quotes?

1. Open the Quote tab. Press All projects, beside the job's name at the right of the band.
2. On a phone, open the panel behind Tabs on the bar at the bottom. All projects is under Which jobs this tab reads. To go back to one job, press the job's name in the same place.
3. The four figures across the top are Out with builders, Going stale, Lapsed and your Win rate. Going stale means the validity runs out within a week.
4. Filter, after the search box, divides the same rows into All, Out, Lapsed, Drafts, Won, Lost and Pulled. Each one shows its count. The button then names the one you picked. Pick it again to go back to All.
5. A pick is instant, because YourCA reads nothing again. Use the search box inside it to find one quote.
6. Below that is one block for each builder. In each block, the quote closest to the end of its validity is first, because that is the one to phone about. The decided quotes show as history underneath.
7. Every row shows the job, the quote number and revision, its status, the issue date, the validity left and the total including GST.
8. Press Open on any row, or the job's name at the start of the row. It takes you to that job's Quote tab, where the quote is.
9. Use Start a quote at the top of the book for a builder you have no job for yet. It starts the job and the quote together.
10. Export the register, beside Filter, gives the whole book as a PDF, a Word file or a spreadsheet on your own letterhead. It has every quote grouped by builder: whether it is out, won, lost or withdrawn, the day it was issued, the day it lapses or was won, and its total including GST.
11. It is the whole book, whatever the filter shows. The spreadsheet has the builder on every row, so you can sort it.
