Where do I see my strike rate?

1. A decided quote is one the builder accepted, or one where the builder went elsewhere. Drafts and quotes still out with a builder are in neither half of the sum.
2. To see the same figure for each builder, open Company admin. Press Who you work with, then Clients. Each row shows that builder's own win rate, worked out the same way and with the same minimum.
3. A quote you pulled yourself is in neither half either. It never went to the builder for a decision. If it counted as a loss, it would punish you for refusing work you did not want.
4. YourCA shows no figure until the builder decides at least three quotes. Below that, the Win rate figure says Too few decided and how many you have. A percentage from one quote is not a fact about your business.
5. Every decided quote counts, including quotes on jobs you have since archived. Tidying up does not make the figure look better.
