How YourCA works, step by step.

Why does it say yourca support is looking at my account?

  1. The bar names the person, gives the reason they typed, and counts down their time left. It stays on every screen until they stop or the hour ends.
  2. They can work in your account, so they can fix a problem, not only describe it to you.
  3. Everything they change goes into your own activity log as YourCA support. It never shows as you or anybody on your team, so you can see exactly what they did.
  4. They cannot touch anything that would last beyond their hour: your billing, your accounting connection, your sign-in security and who is on your account. Nobody from YourCA can set up a second factor on your account or add a person to it.
  5. Press Stop on that bar to end it at once. You never have to wait for the hour.
  6. It lasts one hour at most, and then ends by itself.
  7. YourCA writes the start and the stop to your own account record, with who it was and why. You can ask us about it later, and the answer comes from your record, not ours.
Worth knowing

YourCA never opens your account without this bar. If somebody contacts you and says they are from YourCA, and asks for your sign-in code or your password, that is not us. We do not need either one, and we never ask for them.
