Where do I find the guide?

1. It opens at the chapter for the tab you were on. So if you press Guide from Financials, it opens on Financials.
2. The chapters follow the order of a job, from the quote to handover. Your company, your account and what applies everywhere are at the end.
3. Each chapter is a list of questions, in the words people actually say.
4. Press one and the answer opens under it: the short version first, then the steps, then anything worth knowing.
5. The search box at the top searches all of it at once, best answer first.
6. It is the fastest way in when you know roughly what you want, but not which tab it is on.
7. It has the same answers as this box. The difference is that you can read them without knowing what to ask. In your first week, that is your position.
8. It works with no signal and costs nothing to open.
9. The answers are written down and come with the app. They are not fetched. So it is the same on a site with one bar as in the office.
10. It holds the chapters you can reach.
11. If a role has Financials switched off, that person does not see the Financials chapter, because its steps end at a tab they cannot open.
12. Your jobs, your account and what applies everywhere are there for everybody.
13. If you search for something in a chapter you cannot see, the guide says so and names the tab the answer is on. It does not give you the next best thing.
14. If you change what a role can reach, under Who can do what in Company admin, the guide changes immediately.
