What does YourCA keep from what I type?
- Most of what you ask the assistant never leaves your browser.
- The written answers are held in the app. So if one of them covers your question, your own machine answers it, and no request is made.
- If a question needs a model, your words go to the model and the answer comes back. YourCA does not keep the wording.
- YourCA records that a question was asked, on which tab, and what it cost, so it can count the reading limit of your account. The question itself is not in that record.
- The assistant refuses any question about who was on site, where anybody was, or the hours anybody worked. Those records never come near it.
- The one exception is the hand-off.
- If the assistant is not sure, it offers to send your question to a person at YourCA. You see exactly what goes before anything moves, and nothing leaves unless you press.
- YourCA keeps what you sent with the hand-off, because somebody must read it to answer you.
Worth knowing
Anything you file through the assistant is saved where it belongs, the same as if you typed it into the screen itself. YourCA does not keep the conversation. It does keep the records you create in it.
