How YourCA works, step by step.

How do I see what my staff have done?

  1. Open your account menu, the round mark with your initial. Choose Company admin, then Plan, then Activity. Only an office admin can open it.
  2. Every row says when it happened, who did it, what they did in plain words, and what it was about.
  3. A payment claim served reads as a payment claim served, not as a code. Details names the job and the record: "Harbour Tower 14, claim 4". If something did not go through, Details says that instead.
  4. Use Show to narrow it to one person. Load more goes further back, one page at a time.
  5. Your own history is the Activity section of Settings. Everybody on the account can open their own. It is the same log with the same words, narrowed to you.
  6. Nobody can change either log. Nobody can edit or delete an entry, including us. That is what makes the log useful when somebody disputes what happened.
  7. A person you removed from the account keeps their place in the log. The act happened, so if YourCA left it out, the record would be false.
Worth knowing

It records the ACTION, never the contents. It says who served claim 4 on Harbour Tower 14. It does not keep what was in the claim. It is your account only. Nothing from another business can appear on it, and nothing of yours appears on theirs.
