Open the signed-off claim and go to Claim pack, or find the claim on the claims list.
Press Download. In the sheet, pick Payapps sheet under What you want, then press Download. On the claims list, the download glyph on the claim’s row offers Payapps sheet too.
Open the spreadsheet beside your builder’s Payapps claim. Each contract line is in order, then the variations.
Type each line in. Use This claim in dollars, or Claimed to date %, whichever the Payapps form asks for.
Check the Payapps totals against the second sheet, Check the totals.
Attach the claim pack PDF to the claim in Payapps as the support, then submit it there yourself.
