Open Financials, then Claims, then Month by month, beside Summary. You set up nothing. YourCA builds it from the claims you already served.
Above the table, a chart shows what you claimed each month, claimed to date and paid to date.
Every figure comes from a served claim. A draft is not on it, because nobody has been asked to pay it yet.
A claim belongs to the month it is FOR, not the month it went out. So a claim for March served on 2 April sits in March.
A month with nothing claimed keeps its column. That gap is usually what the reader wants to see.
Retention, retention released and GST have their own rows under the lines. Under them is what was paid in each month. So the sheet shows what came in, as well as what you asked for.
Download offers three files. The printed sheet and the Word file are landscape, because a schedule this wide reads that way. The spreadsheet keeps every figure as a number, so your accountant can add it up.
A blank cell means nothing was claimed on that line that month. A line with no stated value says so. It does not show nought.
