How do I record a delivery?
What it does today
YourCA does not record how many items arrived, and does not split a short delivery. A part delivered line keeps the status you give it. Leave it on In transit or Confirmed until the rest arrives. Write what came in the Notes of the line, under Everything else.
- Press the status badge on the row of the line and pick Delivered. The same list is under Supplier and status when the line is open.
- Delivered is the whole of arrival. After that, the line raises no order or delivery reminders, and YourCA does not chase it.
- Put a delivery photo or a docket on the line under Everything else, with Attach file. Attach file reads a photo as a delivery photo.
