How do I give the bank a one page position for this job?

1. Open Financials. The tab opens on Overview.
2. Press Download and choose PDF, Word or Excel.
3. It shows the same ladder as the screen. First the head contract value, approved variations and the adjusted contract value they make. Then claimed, certified and paid to date, retention held and what is owed now.
4. Variations that are priced but not yet approved show beside the total, never inside it.
5. Under it is what is owed for each claim, with the day each one was due.
