How do I stop notifications at night?

1. Open Settings from your account menu, then Notifications. Quiet time is the first card.
2. The switch turns it on or off. The two hours under it set when it starts and when it ends.
3. Inside quiet time, no alert reaches your phone and no email from YourCA is sent: the morning email, the Monday email and the retention email wait until it ends. Every line still lands in Action items.
4. Open YourCA inside quiet time and it tells you it is late, rather than opening the whole job.
5. Press Done for tonight, and it says when it will next reach you. Press Open the app anyway to go straight in. It stays away until the next night.
6. Quiet time runs on the time zone in your Profile, so a subbie in Perth is quiet at Perth time.
