How YourCA works, step by step.

How do I filter the risk register?

  1. Open the review, then Risk register on its step rail.
  2. Filter lists Every risk, then Get legal advice, then three groups: Where it stands (To review or Accepted), Severity (High, Medium or Low) and Type of risk.
  3. Each choice shows its count. You can pick one from each group. Pick one again to clear it.
  4. The button shows what you picked, such as Filter, to review, high risk.
  5. Search clauses narrows by the words on the finding. It works with the Filter, not in place of it.
  6. By severity and In document order change the order, not what shows.
  7. I'm OK with this, on a row, marks it Risk accepted. It stays on the register, and it leaves your response letter, email and exports. Press it again to undo.
  8. If a filter leaves nothing, the list says No clauses match your filters, with Clear filters beside it.
Worth knowing

While a filter is on, the line under Risk register shows, for example, Showing 4 of 12, not the whole count. So it never claims rows you cannot see. The filter changes nothing on the review itself.
