Why does it say wording from the review?
- If any finding on a review is in that state, a note above the list says how many, once. Each of those rows has a faint marker that reads Wording from the review.
- A review whose document was read has neither.
- The clause reference on the finding still stands. YourCA could not trace the wording to your pages, but the reference is still good. Check the reference in the contract before you rely on the words.
- Show in document shows only on a clause the review actually found. So a button that promises to take you to the clause never takes you somewhere else.
- Open the wording on the row to read the full note beside the words it qualifies. That is where you are about to rely on them.
Worth knowing
Usually, YourCA holds the review but not a readable copy of the document behind it. A scanned contract is the common case. Nothing about the finding is withdrawn. Only the claim that the quote was copied from your pages is withdrawn.
