How do I find a job on my job list?
- Open the job switcher at the top of the menu on the left. Press See every job. On a phone, the switcher is in the panel behind Tabs on the bar at the bottom, under Which job.
- Each row is one job. It shows the name, with your job number and the site under it, the client, their number for the job, the contract value, the approved variations, the revised total and the status. The chip beside the Your jobs heading counts the jobs on site.
- A finished job stays a row in the same table and its status reads Finished, with the reason under it. You often open a finished job for its retention.
- The drop-down above the table shows Every job, Running or Finished. The count beside it says how many show.
- The search box on the same row finds a job by its name, your number, the site, the builder or the builder's number. It searches inside what the drop-down shows.
- Press a row to open that job. Actions, at the end of the row, holds Open the job, Job details, and Wrap it up on a running job or Put it back on site on a finished one.
- Start a new job is at the top right of the page.
- If a job's practical completion was recorded a fortnight or more ago, the page asks once if you are off it, with Wrap up this job and It is still running. Only a person who runs Company admin gets this question.
Worth knowing
Wrap it up and Put it back on site change the job for everybody. So only a person who runs Company admin can do either. A person who is not an Owner or an Office account sees only the jobs they are on, here as everywhere else.
