How long do I keep time records?
- The records cover hours worked, pay, leave and super for each employee.
- In YourCA, the clocked hours stay on your account, and an approved pay run is never changed when hours are corrected afterwards.
- Download the hours from Schedule, Hours, and the approved pay run from Pay run, to keep with the records in your payroll software.
