Why is the reading not working today?

1. The queue still works in full. Every email is still there, with its date and everything that came with it.
2. Every row still says what it seems to be, from the words in the subject and the message. Every register form still opens and still takes your press. Only the filling in is missing.
3. It reads again tomorrow by itself. There is nothing to press, nothing to buy and nothing to turn back on.
4. You are not charged for it either way. Reading runs on our account, not yours. The daily limit stops one busy account from using up the allowance that chat and the contract review share.
5. YourCA reads each email once. It keeps the answer on the row, so opening the same message again costs nothing and never counts against the day.
6. If YourCA has not read a message from an address that nobody said they know, that is a different thing, not the limit. YourCA does not read those until you press Read it anyway. So junk sent to an address that got out costs nothing.
