How do I know which award covers my workers?

  1. YourCA cannot tell you which award or classification fits one person. Fair Work's Find my award tool does that.
  2. The pay rules in company settings, under Rates, then Pay grades, start from that award as ordinarily applied, and the screen says so. Confirm them against the award or agreement that covers your people, and change any number.
