How do I close out an rfi?

1. Open Documents and go to RFIs.
2. Close it out shows only on an answered question. Close out means you accept the answer, and there is nothing to accept until an answer is recorded.
3. On an answered question, Close it out is the action on the line.
4. If the answer cost you something, Raise a variation is the action on the line, and Close it out is one press behind the row. The variation has a notice deadline, and close out does not.
5. Give the day you accepted the answer. It cannot be before the day the answer came. It can be as much later as it really was.
6. If the answer settles the question on the day it comes, you can also tick close it out on the answer form itself.
