How do I see who is missing a ticket?
- Open the job, then Prestart, then Crew.
- Rostered next week shows the people on the roster for this job from today for seven days. Everyone on this job shows the whole team. If nobody is rostered yet, it shows everyone.
- Each row shows the White Card, the ticket that runs out first, the induction with this job’s builder and the statements signed at the revision in force, each with a round tick: green held, amber runs out soon, red missing or expired, an empty ring where the job does not ask for it. The chip at the end names the first gap: Expired, Needs White Card, Induct on arrival, Needs SWMS, Expiring, or Nothing missing.
- The bar above the list splits the crew by that chip. Press a count on it to show only those people. Press it again to show everyone.
- Press a row to open it. It lists every ticket with its expiry and the card photo, the induction, the statements not signed yet and the days they are rostered. Go to their record opens the person's row under Your people, where you add or renew a ticket.
- A gap in the White Card, Tickets, induction or SWMS signed column is a press. Pick Add their White Card, Add a ticket, Inducted or Record SWMS signed. It opens the same form Your people uses, with the builder already filled in for an induction. A SWMS sign-on recorded here says you recorded it, not that they signed.
- Press Download, the square beside the search, for the crew list as a PDF, a Word file or a spreadsheet to give the builder at induction.
- When a builder's own system asks you to fill in each worker, pick Induction pack under Download. It is a zip: a workbook with each person's name, mobile, email, trade, White Card number and every licence with its number and expiry, and every card photo you hold, named by person and card. Copy and upload from it into the builder's form. It covers the people in the view you are on.
- On the roster, a rostered day for somebody with a lapsed ticket or no induction carries an amber mark. Press the shift to see why. Inducted, beside the induction notice, records the induction there and then. Open in Crew goes to this list.
Worth knowing
YourCA shows the dates you entered. It never decides who may work and never stops a roster. The list shows only on a role that sees tickets on the roster.
