How do I record dayworks?

1. Open Site, then Dayworks, and press Add a docket. On a phone, press the plus in the middle of the bottom bar.
2. Fill in the day of the work, who asked (such as Dan, site manager), where, and what the builder asked for.
3. Under Hours, plant and materials, add a line for each: labour, plant or material, with what it is, how many and its unit.
4. Press Add it. The docket gets its own number, DW-001 and up, and reads Not signed.
5. Open the docket and press Sign on site. Hand your phone to the builder’s person. They type their name and role and sign with a finger, then press Save. A docket with no hours, plant or materials cannot be signed.
6. A signed docket is kept as it was signed. If it changed after they opened it, YourCA asks them to read it again before they sign.
7. Press Make a variation on a signed docket. It becomes a draft variation on Financials, with the docket behind it, for you to price and put to the builder. The arrow on the docket then opens that variation.
8. From This week on Schedule, an Extra work alert offers Make a docket or a variation. Make a docket opens the add sheet here with the day, the roster note and the person’s hours filled in. Make a variation opens the variation’s add sheet with the instruction and the work day, so the notice clock runs from that day.
9. If a docket was recorded by mistake, press the flag, Mark as recorded in error, and say why. It stays on the list.
10. Filter, inside the search, narrows the list to Not signed, Signed, no variation yet, Made a variation, or Recorded in error. Download on an opened docket gives the docket with its signature. The download square on the list gives the register.
11. One bar above the list splits the dockets the same four ways, with a count on each. Press a part to show only those dockets, and press it again to show them all.
